World of Asphalt has a limited number of meeting rooms for exhibitors' meetings, offices, storage, hospitality or entertainment needs. Submit your request for meeting space using the form linked below.

  • Fees are per room per day. 
  • Meeting Space is assigned on a first-come first-serve basis, based on inventory at time of request. If space is not available at time of request, a waiting list will be available. 
  • Rental times requests should be inclusive of set-up and tear-down. 
  • Fees do not include any applicable room reset fees or other set charges. 
  • Fees are inclusive of standard tables and chairs.  
  • Rooms cannot be sublet and are available to current exhibitors only. 
  • Other than company signage, absolutely no displays are permitted outside of meeting rooms. This includes directional signage throughout the convention center. 

  • All requests before February 16, 2025, will incur a 25% processing fee.
  • All requests between February 17 and March 8, 2025, will incur a 50% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 8 or for no-shows.
