World of Asphalt & AGG1 2027 Aggregates Academy and Expo has a very limited number of meeting rooms at the Ernes N. Morial Convention Center. Rooms cannot be sublet.

Meeting Space Information

- Fees are per room per day.
- Meeting Space is assigned on a first-come first-serve basis, based on inventory at time of request. If space is not available at time of request, a waiting list will be available.
- Rental times requests should be inclusive of set-up and tear-down.
- Fees do not include any applicable room reset fees or other set charges.
- Fees are inclusive of standard tables and chairs.
- Rooms cannot be sublet and are available to current exhibitors only.
- Other than company signage, absolutely no displays are permitted outside of meeting rooms. This includes directional signage throughout the convention center.
