Meeting / Function Space Request
Need a meeting room?
AGG1 and World of Asphalt has a limited number of meeting rooms at the Georgia World Congress Center for meetings, offices, storage, hospitality or entertainment for exhibitors. Rooms cannot be sublet. Submit requests for reserving a meeting room online.
Requests for meeting/function space will be opening in Fall 2020. Please check back for updates and additional information.
AGG1 and World of Asphalt Reserved Meeting/Function Space usage fees through January 9, 2021:
- $300 half day (4 hours or less)
- $500 full day (over 4 hours)
Requests received after January 9, 2021:
- $450 half day (4 hours or less)
- $650 full day (over 4 hours)
- + any applicable room reset fees
AGG1 and World of Asphalt does not issue refunds for no-shows or functions cancelled after February 9, 2021. Refund requests before February 9, 2021 will incur a $75 processing fee.
Standard tables and chairs are included. Special furniture (example: couch, coffee table, etc.) can be ordered through the official show provider, GES. See exhibitor service manual for options and pricing.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
Levy has exclusive rights to all food and beverage at the Georgia World Congress Center. All food and beverages consumed, prepared or distributed, including food and beverage items used for promotional purposes, must be purchased through Levy and are subject to regulations and permit requirements. Audio-visual equipment is not provided in meeting rooms. See exhibitor service manual for options and pricing.
