Disabled Access
The Duke Energy Convention Center is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
First Aid and Medical Care Service
First aid and emergency medical care is available during show hours and located in the Lobby by the 5th Street entrance.
Industry Publications – Free Issues
Publications supporting the shows have provided issues for complimentary distribution. Publication bins are located in the exhibit hall.
Lost and Found
Lost articles may be claimed or turned in at the Show Management Office in East Concourse. For lost articles left on the shuttle buses, please turn them into the Shuttle Supervisor at the information desk in the shuttle area.
Parking
All parking at the Duke Energy Convention Center is available on a first come, first served basis, including handicapped accessible parking. There are many parking garages (about 5,000 spaces) surrounding the Duke Energy Convention Center in the Downtown area. The fee for parking averages $8.00 to $12.00 per car per entry and mostly connected via Skywalk to the convention center. The parking garages are cash only.
From the Greater Cincinnati International Airport
- Take I-275 East to I-75 North.
- When crossing the bridge, get in the right lane.
- Take the Fifth Street Exit. Fifth Street is a one-way street going East.
- At the third traffic light, turn left onto Elm Street.
- The Duke Energy Convention Center is at the corner of Sixth and Elm Streets. There is a parking garage on the next corner.
Media Center
The media center will offer complete press facilities for the domestic and international press, including the availability of show photos for editorial use, phones, fax, e-mail and work stations. An exhibitor area will be set aside for exhibitor product literature and press kits. The media center will be located in 230.
Restaurants and Food Concessions
Food and beverages are available throughout the show exhibit areas.
Security
Show Management is working with the Duke Energy Convention Center and a private security firm to ensure that appropriate safety measures are taken for the event. While at the shows, you should carry photo identification (Driver's License or Passport).
Show Management Office
The Show Management Office will be open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm throughout the show days. The offices will be fully staffed and open to exhibitors and attendees. This office will be located in East Concourse.
Shuttle Bus System
Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from the convention center and the official show hotels in Covington, KY during the dates of February 16-18, 2010. Cincinnati hotels are connected to the Duke Energy Convention Center via Skywalk (Millennium and Hyatt) or within walking distance (Garfield Suites). The schedule is as follows:

Shuttle bus routes and schedules will be available to exhibitors and attendees onsite. Buses will have established routes and will NOT stop to load or unload at other destinations.
Taxi Service
Taxis are not stationed outside of the Duke Energy Convention Center. However, directly across the street are the Millennium and Hyatt Hotels. Taxis are readily available at those locations. The cost of a taxi from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport ranges from $28 to $30 plus gratuity for a one-way fare. This would be for 1 to 4 passengers.

Express Badge Pick-Up
Proceed to Express Badge Pick-Up located at the Fifth Street Entrance of the Duke Energy Convention Center on the corner of Fifth & Elm to scan your bar-coded confirmation. Your badge and tickets will then be printed. Photo ID (driver's license, passport or government issued photo ID) may be required at the Express Badge Pick-Up station. You will be allowed to pick-up other individual badges within your group as long as you have the confirmations including the barcode.
On-Site Registration
Any attendee or exhibitor not registered in advance should go to the registration area and complete the required on-site registration form and submit payment. You will have the opportunity to register for a show only badge to allow access to the show floor as well as sign up for the many educational options listed on the form.
Web Registration
Web registration will remain open on the show websites, www.worldofasphalt.com or www.agg1.org, throughout the show. If you have web access and a printer simply complete the registration process and bring your confirmation with you to the show. Proceed to the Express Badge Pick-Up counters to have the bar-coded confirmation scanned and your badge and tickets printed.

Replacement Badge Printing
An attendee or exhibitor needing a replacement badge after misplacing original will be charged $30.00 on-site if original badge was purchased prior to January 22, 2010. Any on-site registrants needing a replacement badge will pay the $50.00 on-site registration fee.
Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed for all registration and education fees by going to the Attendee or Exhibitor Registration Counters. Please bring with you the badge or tickets you wish to exchange. If an education session has already taken place you will not be allowed to transfer that ticket.
Registration Cancellation Procedure
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued on-site. Registration and education program cancellations are either subject to a processing fee or are non-refundable. This policy is sated below.
2010 Show - Exhibits Only cancellation is non-refundable and all sales are final.
Any of the events listed below will be subject to a $50.00 processing fee if request is received on or before January 22, 2010. No refunds will be issued after January 22, 2010.

Show Badge Policy
Attendees and exhibitors are required to wear the official World of Asphalt Show & Conference, AGG1 Aggregates Forum & Expo or NSSGA Annual Convention badge to gain entry into the exhibit area and education programs. Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times at the Duke Energy Convention Center. Misuse may result in confiscation and possible legal action.
Age Limits
Registrants 18 years or older must pay the registration fee. Registration for children under 18 years is complimentary. Due to security concerns children must register and be accompanied by an adult at all times.
